We ship within the United States & Canada only.

We ship via UPS ground. Shipping is calculated by weight & distance using UPS daily rates. For example; After entering your shipping address at checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated BEFORE purchase is completed. No information will be stored until the purchase is completed.

UPS ships within 3-5 business days. If you live in the South Florida area you will usually receive your package the same or next business day.

You will receive an email will all tracking information, including tracking number and the carrier, UPS, to track your package. Please make sure you use a valid email address when you place your order.

We have a No Refund, No Return policy, however if you contact us before the items are shipped, we will honor the refund. 

Products are updated on a daily basis. Sales can go into effect at any time and are not specific to any holidays. It is best to check in on the website often. Also, you can subscribe to our quarterly newsletter to receive updates.

We are based out of West Palm Beach, Florida, however, we are strictly an online store.
